Dissolve Labs

DissolveLabs

We take an idea or a rough prototype and turn it into something people can use: scoped, built, deployed, instrumented.

Most AI projects begin with the wrong sentence:“we should add AI to this.”We turn that work down.

A solution shopping for a problem produces something that demos well and sits unused.

The studio exists because people kept asking. I'm cofounder and CTO of a behavioural-simulation SaaS platform I built end to end, including the AI model, the product, finances, and getting customers, and as it came together other founders started asking for help with theirs. Dissolve Labs is that, made deliberate. We build alongside partners and we're building our own things, which keeps us honest about what shipping actually costs.

Projects

Built, shipped, and in the world.

What we do

We design and build AI products, models, and systems.

0 to 1 products, custom models, agent systems, evaluation, and the advisory work that happens before a build.

How we work

We'll tell you what's worth doing, then do it with you.

Two ways in.

Bring us a problem

You have something that needs solving and want a team that will interrogate it properly before building. We'll tell you what's worth doing, then do it with you.

Build something with us

If you're a founder or an independent builder with a product idea in AI, I'm open to coming in as a design cofounder and taking it to market together. I'm doing this already with my own venture, so I know the specific weight of the role rather than just the appeal of it. That might mean going deep on the research to establish whether the technology genuinely supports the idea, or building the full application end to end. Both are interesting to me.

Three shapes it takes

Which one fits comes out of the first conversation, not from a menu.

Where we fit

It starts there: a conversation to work out whether and how we can help.

If we can, you'll get a plan of action and we'll take it from there. If we can't, you'll hear that instead.

In front of the Great Dome at MIT

Hey, hi. Thanks for dropping by. Hamza here. I'm a builder by heart and profession. I've been working on AI since it was called algorithms, and spent the years since deliberately assembling the other half of the picture: engineering at Northeastern, management at Harvard, entrepreneurship at MIT, where I've been incubated for over a year now.

That combination is basically why Dissolve Labs works the way it does. I can tell you what a system will do, what it'll cost, and where it'll break. I can also tell you whether it earns its place in your business. Most people in this field can do one or the other.
